Unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath garden unit in Concord with the first parking space and minimal steps to the dumpsters.  It’s on the 7th green/8th tee with a western exposure producing  phenomenal sunsets!  The dates are flexible but I’ve usually rented from early January to early April. Pool, Tennis courts,Golf Range, Golf and many social activities to keep you busy. This is a 24 hr. guard gated community. Close to shopping, beaches and medical.
